We worked closely with Dan to design a new smart home and entertainment system to replace our old system that was installed as part of a new home build a few years ago. The old Claire system was horrible. Our new Savant custom system is easy to use and feature rich, allowing complete control of audio, TVs, climate and security to name a few. The Integrity team were awesome to work with and kept us updated through the process. Savant allows the owner to create custom scenes, thus minimizing programming cost. Thanks Dan for providing multiple options and your personal touch. Our install team of Andy and A.B. were great to work with and highly professional.

This is a terrific company! Dan was very professional and patient with our requests and helped us find the perfect products for our needs in our living room and two bedrooms. Installation day was awesome! Our installers were on time, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They took great care with the work and left the house as clean as they found it. The finished product looks terrific and works great! This is a professional company in every sense of the word. I highly recommend Integrity Sound and will certainly use them them again.

I had an excellent experience with Integrity Sound from the initial consultation through to the final installation. Andy and Slavik did an outstanding job installing our outdoor sound system and television. They were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. I've worked with Integrity Sound many times over the past 15+ years for both business and home. Integrity Sound has set up projectors, screens, electrical for my computer training center business and high end audio/video for my dedicated home theater. Everyone I've encountered at Integrity Sound - from the owner (Joe) to the technicians who come in to do the work - are exceptional. Beyond providing excellent service by knowledgable installers - very important to me is also communication and trust - which they excel at both. I consider myself an audio/videophile who checks work to make sure projector setup / calibrations / alignment are perfectly configured to fit my 164" home theater screen, audio configurations are perfect maximizing the latest technology. I've upgraded my home theater 6 times (as new technology comes out) and every time chose Integrity Sound.

I recently hired Integrity Sound to help move wires behind a wall for a built in TV and rearranged all of my components behind the cabinets. They were incredibly efficient and effective, quickly identifying the need for a new cable box and promptly returning within a day to troubleshoot it. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Such exemplary service is rarely found in home service organizations these days. Integrity Sound recently installed my new 75-inch TV on a full-motion bracket, which included having to substantially reinforce the wall. The team at Integrity set the perfect expectation and did precisely what they promised and more. I can pull my 92lb TV almost 90 degrees from the wall with no concern. I had seen other work Integrity did in our condo building and was impressed. I went to their store on south Tamiami Trail and became even more impressed. Their team is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I ended up purchasing my REL subwoofer from them after a brief consultation. Too many other details to share, but let me say that I learned a lot about my AV equipment in the process and could no be happier with the installation. The team at Integrity Sound is among the best I have experienced in my long life as an audiophile and home theater lover. I highly recommend Integrity Sound and will be happy to share more of my experience upon request through the store.

I have been a client of Integrity Sound for over 20 years. During that time they have equipped three homes with TV, WiFi and music systems. In addition, they provided an entry system for the condo that I used to live in. It was very state of the art and competitively priced. They will listen to you and give you options. Very knowledgeable and they stand behind their work. The quality of my experiences has been excellent and I highly recommend them.
